This series is mainly about Annabelle I. Johnson (Ice Girl/Icy Hero), a girl who has unique ice powers, and saves her city as a result of her powers. While Ice Girl loves her powers and postivness, Daniel E. Daniels (Monsieur D) seems to not be learning his lesson of causing chaos since it keeps happening to him over and over again.
